With 30 years of experience in senior management, business development, business strategy and systems engineering, Ofer has served as CEO of Omnisys since 2007. Before co-founding Omnisys in the year 2000, he participated in the establishment and management of several technology companies including V-POINT Consultancy, VNC software startup and startup incubator, and Netline Communications Technologies. He started his career as a technical officer in the Israeli Air Force. Ofer holds a BSc in electrical engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, an MSc in electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati International Executive MBA Program.
Fredi brings to Omnisys over 20 years of management, engineering and development experience in the defense sector. As Executive VP of Omnisys, he is responsible for leading its business development, marketing, sales and product-related activities. Fredi has led systems engineering of multiple strategic projects, and the international marketing of projects in the tens of millions of US dollars. Prior to joining Omnisys in 2004, he served as a technical officer in the Israeli Navy. Fredi earned a BSc and MSc in electrical engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
Gil has over 20 years of experience in software development, algorithm development, systems engineering, operations research, and management. His areas of technical expertise include signal processing, image processing, radar theory, electronic warfare, and medical imaging, with a focus on multidisciplinary systems of systems. As CTO, Gil is in charge of the company’s technology strategy, as well as its algorithm development and systems engineering services. He previously served as VP of R&D at Omnisys. Prior to joining Omnisys in 2003, he was a systems engineer in the Israeli Air Force, specializing in airborne radar software development. Gil holds a BSc in physics and computer science from Tel Aviv University, and an MSc and PhD in medical physics from Tel Aviv University.
Ofer brings to Omnisys over 30 years of experience in systems engineering, software development, project management and systems delivery in the area of C4ISR systems. Prior to joining Omnisys in 2019, he served for 20 years as lead technical commander in the Israeli Air Force (Ret. Colonel), and 16 years as a C-level manager in the Israeli defense and HLS industry. Ofer holds a BSc in computer engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Dov has a rich track record of over 30 years in senior management positions across the fields of engineering, R&D and project management. Leveraging his unique combination of strategic perspective, hands-on experience and technical expertise, he is responsible for identifying and implementing Omnisys’ future growth opportunities. Prior to joining Omnisys in 2020, he held key roles managing complex projects and mega programs at defense industry companies (as a VP for business units), the Israel Ministry of Defense (IMOD), and the Israeli Air Force (IAF), where he rose to the rank of Colonel. Dov holds an MBA from Ben-Gurion University and a BSc in electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Alon brings to Omnisys over 25 years of experience in technological project management, system engineering and business development in the fields of mapping, geo-information and computer vision. Prior to joining Omnisys in 2021, Alon established and managed the Computer Vision unit at TSG IT Advanced Systems. His military service included over 20 years in leading technical command roles, including commander of the IDF’s Mapping and Geo-Information unit and Head of its RICENT (Real-Time Image Intelligence Center) program. Alon holds a BSc and MSc summa cum laude in geo-information engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Reuben has over 30 years of experience in research, analysis and operations research. Since joining Omnisys in 2009, he has led the company’s operations research and systems engineering activities. Previously, he served as a technical officer in the Israeli Air Force for over 20 years, reaching the rank of Lt. Colonel; during that time, he led a wide variety of intelligence research and operations research projects. Reuben holds a BSc and MSc in electrical engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Gil brings to Omnisys over 20 years of experience as a systems engineer and program manager for complex multidisciplinary projects in the fields of mapping, photogrammetry, computer vision and IT. Before joining Omnisys in 2022, Gil served as project manager in the Computer Vision unit of TSG IT Advanced Systems and as VP projects at LMY R&D. His military service included over 20 years as systems engineer in the RICENT (Real-Time Image Intelligence Center) program and in various roles in the IDF’s Mapping unit. Gil holds a BSc and MSc in geo-information engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Yaara has over 5 years of experience in personnel recruitment and HR management. As Head of HR of Omnisys, she is in charge of the onboarding and professional growth of the company’s employees, dedicated to recruiting positive goal-oriented people and empowering them to realize their potential. After joining Omnisys in 2013 as recruitment coordinator, Yaara was named HR Manager three years later. Yaara earned a BA in social work from Ariel University.
Liraz brings to Omnisys over 15 years of experience in finance, operations and administration. Liraz joined Omnisys in 2004 in an administrative capacity, and quickly assumed many additional roles. Since 2006, she has served as the company’s Director of Operations & Finance, responsible for the management of finance, administration, operations, and quality assurance.
